My name is JT and I am a USN Veteran, a father, a believer, a fun while serious guy born and raised in California. I have over 17 years of weightlifting experience. Growing up I loved sports but after high school I looked myself in the mirror and hated what I saw, I was always picked on for being small. So, I made a decision to do something about it. I have battled weight gain and weight loss many times throughout my life, and I have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to achieve the body I want. I want to help you do the same.

I'm your real-life AI, sure you can generate a workout and diet plan, and in fact, I encourage that! What AI can't do is give you immediate feedback on the muscle group you're lacking or why you diet is so hard to stick to. I'm here to do is be that accountability partner because we are on this journey together.
